Clover Hill Reformed Church Seeking Part-Time Pastor
Clover Hill Reformed Church, a traditional, homey congregation with an active core of about 30 congregants, is seeking a part-time pastor (about 24 hours/week).
Like many churches who have had a long-time pastorate (ours was almost forty years), our path forward has had many twists and turns. Almost eight years after this pastor’s retirement, we have completed a full self study and are looking forward to our next season. We have active ministry teams that oversee all the work of the church led by a group of committed servant leaders. We are committed to each other, our community and God, and need the support of a pastor who will help translate these commitments into action, growth and ministry.
The part-time position would be about 24 hours and involve leading worship, pastoral care, and working with our teams to develop new strategies for outreach. The pastor will be president of our Consistory. The candidate should be ordained, or eligible for ordination in either the RCA or one of our denominational partners (the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), the United Church of Christ, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and the Christian Reformed Church in North America.)
Clover Hill Reformed Church is in Hillsborough New Jersey, which is in central New Jersey, almost equidistant between Philadelphia and New York and about 30 minutes from both the Princeton and New Brunswick Theological Seminaries. The church is located in a rural/suburban area with one of the top school systems in the State. The current parsonage is a vintage farmhouse and is adjacent to the church.
Workload and compensation will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

City Church San Francisco Job Opportunities
JOBS
We are seeking to build a team that is enthusiastic about this vision and has experience learning, serving, and experimenting with ways to share the lifegiving, liberating, and loving message of Jesus Christ. Because of this, and because we have several ministry areas in need of leadership, we are approaching our search process a little differently.
We are looking for a kind of person…
Committed Christian. Can speak critically, compassionately, intelligently, and with conviction about how the life-giving, liberating, and loving work of Jesus animates their own life and sense of call to inclusive ministry.
Collaborative. Enjoys the process of ideation and problem-solving with others, receiving constructive feedback, appreciates diverse perspectives, and is self-aware.
Open to Correction. A humble orientation to ministry, work, and execution that builds in feedback loops, is comfortable with admitting when things didn’t go as planned, and can approach failure with a growth mindset.
A Builder. Has experience building — and iterating on — programs, initiatives, or events which creatively and effectively meet the spiritual questions, needs, and growth edges of congregants that cultivate sustained engagement.
Integrity. Reliable, hard-working, honest, trustworthy, and generous spirited.

She Is Called Sabbath Rest Retreat - For Women Leaders in Ministry
Friends, please note that this retreat is for women in leadership roles in the church: pastor, elders, deacons, worship directors, Christian educators, chaplains, seminarians, faith-based non-profit executives, etc.
"So then, a sabbath rest still remains for the people of God; for those who enter God’s rest also cease from their labors as God did. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest." –Hebrews 4: 9-11a (NRSV)
Dear sister in ministry leadership (yes, you!),
You are invited to participate in the second annual She Is Called Sabbath Rest Retreat taking place April 14–16, 2023, amid the rolling hills of the Warwick Conference Center, in Warwick, New York. We look forward to experiencing this Eastertide retreat with you.
